RCE don't show image icon

Rich Content Editor cann't insert image (icon don't show in toolbar). How do I get the image icon to show?

I will be glad to help answer this but we need more information. Can you provide a link to the page you were seeing this on as I'm not able to see the same thing you are encountering when testing this? I do see you also have an older version of Chrome so that can cause some pages to not load correctly. Updating your browser can help fix things like this https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
