Report for Total Student Interactions by Instructor

I am trying to see if there is a report that can give the total number of student interactions broken down by instructor in a given time frame (probably weekly). I've seen the student interaction report that instructors can run, but it only shows the most recent interaction per student and cannot be run by me as an admin. Is there any report that will accomplish a better look at total interactions weekly?
