Requesting Canvas On Demand Training Portal Updates to Reports

Hello,

Our school division provides licensure points to teachers who complete training from the Canvas On Demand Training Portal.

The Admin Reports are not exactly user friendly.

Can you please provide a link to Download the reports as a CSV so that we can sort/filter/ information by Completion status?

The reports would be exceedingly more useful if you can show the date of completion, course length in minutes/hours, and allow sorting/filtering.

If we can reset the view to only show information for the new school year or clear the information, that would be even better.

The report currently requires paging through 38 pages of information in order to determine who has completed a course. And then I have to 

visit a different page to find the course description and determine how long the course is in minutes.

Thanks so much for sharing this—it’s incredibly helpful. We know the current reporting setup isn’t ideal, and we completely understand the need for easier access to completion data, course durations, and filtering tools. The great news is that these improvements are already on our radar and part of our development roadmap. While we don’t have a set timeline yet, it’s something we’re actively working toward.
