Respondus Lockdown Browser

Hello, I tried completing the Canvas training and when I was done downloading the Respondus browser my computer asked for an admin username and password. I thought it would be my personal log in but that didn't work. Also looked it up on google and when I tried troubleshooting it read "The requested operation requires elevation." Does anyone know what can I do in this case?

Hey @DaisyMontes! It sounds like this may be an issue with your institution's Respondus set up. I would contact either your Canvas LMS admin or IT teams to help troubleshoot why you cannot log in to Respondus.
