Buenas tardes, tengo dos roles definidos Admin de cuenta y Admin, ambos lograban ingresar y visualizar las sub opciones del apartado CONFIGURACIÓN, A la fecha el rol Admin tiene acceso a CONFIGURACIÓN pero el lienzo está en BLANCO, no se visualiza las sub opciones. Ya verifique los PERMISOS de la cuenta y están correctos, también probe en varios navegadores. El ROL ADMIN - Configuración, sigue en Blanco, me ayudan por favor.

I believe this was a bug in Canvas earlier this week. I saw chatter about the issue in other forums, and everyone who was experiencing it now reports that everything is back to normal again. @MarielAquino, I am going to assume this is now fixed for your instance as well, but please reply back here if that's not true.

Has this been resolved for you yet? This seems to be more like an engineering or internet connection issue rather than an admin permission issue. However, sometimes when you update admin roles it can take a while before those new permissions are actually synced over. So, if you changed the permissions and then immediately went to test them under the new account role, it's possible things weren't loading correctly for that reason.
