Self deployed instance does not have new quizzes

I have deployed my own instance of Canvas on an AWS server running Debian. One feature that does not seem to be present is New Quizzes. There is no option to select them when you create your first quiz- and as far as I can tell they are not part of the release on Github.

Does anyone have any info on this?

Hi @PsychCore,

You are correct that New Quizzes doesn't seem to be included in the open source codebase right now.  There is a FAQ document on the Canvas GitHib that outlines some of the differences between hosted Canvas and open source which you might want to review to see some of the other things not currently available on open source that are on hosted.
