Has anyone been having lag issues on Canvas LMS?
In the last 48 hours, I am an instructor for a course, I have had many complaints from my participants and co-teacher, about the lag on Canvas.
It doesn't matter what device, assignment, gradebook, or time of day, the issue persists. Some have even reported, including myself, a failure to load error or a gateway error (it kicks you off the LMS when that happens).
I have cleared my cache, rebooted my computer, and made sure that everything is up-to-date, and the issue still persists with me.
At this moment I am at a loss of what to do or try to get this issue resolved for myself and my participants in the course. Suggestions?
