Speedgrader Annotations Not Saving

I am having trouble with annotations I've made on multiple files in a submission not saving. Most of the time only the annotations on the first file will save. Is there any way to force save annotations on the other files in speed grader?

I'm mostly writing on .jpg and .pdf files with the pen tool and text tool while grading on my computer.

Hmmmm, I might try making sure your browser is up to date (and I recommend Chrome, personally -- for me it always seems to work better than the other browsers).    Clear cache.   

Aside from that, maybe record your screen to show how it happens and submit it to Canvas Support.

I had this same issue. Annotations disappear when I put in the grade. I found that to save the drawing annotation on the image you need to open the comment box and type something.
