While I am working in Speedgrader it seems that Canvas launches an update for Speedgrader. At first my text is not registering any returns (no spacing) and now it looks completely different, has new tools (like it can finally display italic font) and includes spacing again.
However all my old submissions seem to be all missing their proper spacing.
I am happy for updates but not when they happen in real time as I type (without any warning) and not when they mess up previous work.
My school's Canvas Help found no evidence...but I am pretty sure that is not actual Canvas but some thir party paid company to be Canvas "help."
Anyone else experienced this?
Thanks,
Monica

Hi @mzeastridge,
One of the Instructure product managers said they are working on fixing the line spacing for previous comments after this latest update now: Re: Canvas Deploy Notes (2024-09-11) - Instructure Community - 613837 . Hopefully that will happen soon and get everything back fixed up for you.

@mzeastridge ...
This might not totally answer your question, but a partial RCE (Rich Content Editor) was added to the SpeedGrader today. Check out the Canvas Deploy Notes from 9/11/2024:
