Student Unable to hear Audio

Students are unable to hear audio when audio content is in screen share. Is there a setting or something that should be configured to enable audio content in shared screen mode? #audiocontent

Hi Debra,

I assume you are talking about sharing computer audio when using the Canvas Conferences tool, which uses BigBlueButton.  I did a little investigating and it appears that BigBlueButton does not support sharing system audio when your screen is shared.  Lots of people are requesting the feature but it appears some people have hacks which can make it work, but those are largely dependent on the type of computer and web browser you use.
