I have a student that was enrolled in the class but their email is different or incorrect so when they say "forgot" password they are not receiving an email to reset it.
Removing by deleting the student from the class and then sending a new "invitation" will go to the correct email but when they "accept" the invitation it shows the old "incorrect" email so unable to log in again.
Seem confusing.
Question: How can we move that original incorrect student information from Canvas or does it take a few days to actually "purge"?

@MRajab If you reach out to the admins for your Canvas instance, they should be able to reset the student's email options. If you do not know how to contact your admin, you could try support@instructure.com. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to reset the login information yourself and nobody in this forum has that access.
