I am trying to access McGraw Hill Connect for the first time through a course assignment. Attached is a screenshot of the error message I get when I attempt. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello @TheresaFrerichs and welcome to the Community. Are you an instructor or student? The screenshot mentioned being an instructor. If that is so, external links, like McGraw Hill Connect, are not viewable through the Student View. Hi @jcarpenter1 I am using Canvas a student, so I'm not sure why it says that about being an instructor. I have reached out to our campus network department about this, but so far we are not making any progress.

@jcarpenter1 I think I have to agree with you on the possibility of the wrong link being added, in my experience sometimes the wrong link is put on there and it completely messes up the entire integration.
