Issue: subtitle file not uploading for video files within a page
The videos have been uploaded to a Canvas course and organized on a page. When clicking on "Video Options" the panel comes up and allows a subtitle language and file to be chosen. After clicking done, there is no change to the video.
This issue is occurring for one Canvas class, for all of the pages. Other classes' pages are not failing to upload subtitles when following the same process. No error message is given. The file storage for the course is at only 57%. The same subtitles files can be (incorrectly, as a test) uploaded for other videos on other classes' pages.

I apologize that you are having trouble uploading subtitles to your videos in Canvas.
it sounds like there might be something going on when you try to upload that .VTT file for subtitles to your videos. Can we have you submit a ticket to canvas support so that they can take a deeper look into this?
Be sure to provide them with a link to your course, where the videos are located, as well as the file you are trying to upload and any information necessary about this behavior you are seeing.
