Hi! There isn't a general email address that any user could email to create a ticket with Canvas Support. Every school has its own case routing set up with Canvas to assign the case to the correct account and provide Canvas Support with some of the information necessary to provide adequate support. Once a ticket is created with Canvas Support, you should be able to follow up with them by replying to the email follow-ups that you receive.
