Tasks For Canvas Sidebar Issue

I have Tasks for Canvas installed as a extension. Every time I tried to log into canvas for the last 2 weeks, the side bar doesn't pop up. This has not been a surprising issue either. Over the course of the week prior to when I couldn't open the extension, the sidebar has been getting harder to make appear. When I first installed it, it was fine, it came up every time I logged into canvas. But recently, I've had to refresh multiple times to get it to pop up, and this method doesn't work anymore.

I believe an issue with it may be that I just reached a 200 day streak? I don't know, it immediately stopped showing up after that. I've tried waiting, refreshing, exiting the whole page, and logging out.

Any ideas on how to make it pop up again? Thank you!

Hello there, @AzulaSkyStar ...

I have never heard of Tasks for Canvas or used it before.  I am assuming that you are referring to this?  Tasks for Canvas

If so, this would be considered a 3rd party tool.  Have you tried reaching out to the people that make Tasks for Canvas?  On their website, they have a "Help" link at the top left corner of the screen.  I don't really know how many others here in the Community may use this extension, so my suggestion would be to use the "Help" link to contact their support team to see if you can get assistance.
