Hello, 
I am an elementary principal and I have been trying to do teacher observations by looking at their assignments in Canvas and giving feedback. Most of my teachers' embedded assignments that are created in the g-suite products (Google slides, docs, etc). Canvas makes me log in and then makes a copy of every assignment I look at. It fills up my google drive. Is this how it works or are we doing something wrong? This is our first year with Çanvas and we are still learning.

Hi, I'm not sure why that is happening unless you are a "student" in their class.  If you have a role where you can "view" in their class, that shouldn't happen.  What is your role in the teacher's class?

I am an administrator and I have admin rights to see every teacher's course. It only does this when I go to open assignments in google.
