Technical Difficulties with LockDown Broswer

Hello, 

I am having difficulties using the LockDown Broswer to take my exam on Canvas. The error message is indicatiing my broswer is not up to date, but that is not the case. All updates are current. The LockDown browser will provide me the format but will not allow me to preview/view any questions. 

 

Please advise.

Hi @AnniePearce 

Make sure that you have updated to the latest version of LockDown Browser, which should be 2.0.9.00.  There are instructions at https://support.respondus.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409607243035-How-to-update-LockDown-Browser 

However, an out of date browser version does not normally prevent quiz questions from displaying.
