I organize my class with modules. Within the module I have text lines (or headers) that I use to give students instructions. Such as "Read pages 230-250" etc. Up until the summer they worked great. Now, the sentences are being cut off, and a "..." are added to the end. If I hover over the sentence, then the whole sentence becomes a pop-up. I want the whole sentence visible for students. I don't think all of my students will intuitively hover over to see the complete sentence.
Is there a way to fix this, rather than making shorter sentences?
Disclaimer: I did switch from a PC to a MAC this last semester, but I don't remember it being a problem until now while getting ready for Fall semester. Could this be my problem?
Thanks for the help!

Hi @cjennings1 ...
You're not alone. There are several other people here in the Community that have been asking about this. I've found a couple threads here in the Community that you might want to take a look at:
While it's not the best answer in the world and really doesn't have a solution, I hope this info helps!
@cjennings1 , as @kona and @chofer have stated: it's not your browser or machine, it's an intentional design change. This relatively unheralded UI tweak, intended to help tablet users, was implemented on June 16 as part of a regular production release. See the comments on the Canvas Production Release Notes (2015-06-06) , starting with morris_admin's comment of June 15. As you correctly note, the full text pops up upon mouse hover; unfortunately, tablet users don't have hover text capability.
I just voted on the feature request to which Chris linked, and added a comment; I hope you will too!
