I'm having trouble logging onto an imac. I can log into an ipad or phone but when j try on my computer it doesnt load lroperly and all im getting is a grey glashing box with nothing else so cant click onto the course I'm doing. Ive cleared or cache and cookies and using firefox but still nothing working. Any advice please
That flashing issue can show up if your browser needs to be updated. Install any FireFox updates, and if you still have the problem, try the most recent version of Chrome - it seems to work best for my users. Hope that helps!
