Turn off and choose notifications for entire instance/all users as admin?
As the title says, we need to controll what notifications gets sent to the end user to create a better UX for end users. As well as not give more information than necessary.
How can we change the default notifications for all students and/or change per course level for all students?

I don't know if there are any ways to do this via back-end programming. However, I did a quick search here in the Community, and I found a couple of possible related Feature Ideas that you might want to take a look at:
Right now, all Feature Ideas are locked down until the beginning of February so that the Community team can do some re-org and clean-up of the Feature Idea process.
