Two accounts under same email (student account)

I have somehow managed to have 2 accounts using the same email address.  I do not have the "merge" option available .  How can I get my accounts combined so that all of my courses and certificates are under one?

Hi there.  You'll want to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team.  They might be able to help merge your two Canvas accounts together using the information provided in this Guide: How do I merge users in an account?.
