Aloha,
I uploaded a file and tried to submit the assignment and it is giving me an error "Submit failed, please try again". I did try again but the same error. Please assist as soon as you can.

Have you tried to updating your browser to the latest version? Sometimes an outdated browser may block submission upload attempts. If it still isn't working, you may want to reach out to your institution's Canvas Support team so that they can investigate further.
