Hello @JinlingYu ...
Full disclosure, I have never used Pronto or know much about the functionality of it. However, I do know that it does integrate in some way with Canvas. It sounds like you might be a student, yes? If this is the case, it appears that Pronto needs to be set up and configured by your school's Canvas administrator. I would assume that your school would first need to purchase Pronto so that it can be integrated with your school's Canvas environment. Software like this is considered a third-party LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) external tool. Once your school's Canvas administrator team has had conversations with the folks at Pronto, and after it has been purchased, then they would complete the setup steps within Canvas so that all courses would be able to utilize Pronto in some way. Now, your school may already have had these conversations with Pronto, and they may have already purchased it, but I don't know that. You'd want to have a conversation with your school's Canvas admin or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. I took a few seconds to search Pasadena's website for a support page for you, and I found the following: Tech Support - Distance Education at PCC - Pasadena City College. Hopefully I've found the correct school for you and the associated webpage where you can reach out to support at your school.
I hope this all helps. Good luck!
