Unable to save video files

Hi,

I am a TA for a Graphic Design class and this week we are using Premiere Pro. My class has an assignment that requires them to "right click the video they want to use for editing purposes and 'save-as'." However, we are unable to download these videos. When we try to save-as, our only option is to save the whole webpage, not the video. We've been able to save and edit these videos in the past with no issues, so we don't understand what is different now.

I'm not sure where in Canvas they are trying to download the video from.

Can you please post a screen-capture of the web page where they need to download the video?
