Hello!
I am student unable to use the Canvas record video tool - the created video never actually loads or submits - the wait-while-this-submits-circle keeps on spinning; the instructors cannot access my (attempted) submission.
Is this a known problem? We access the Canvas video tool via links that bring up a box similar to the one I'm entering these ticket details into with a bunch of icons across the top but there's also an icon with tiny music notes on it which allows one to record a video.
I'm working on a Mac desktop w MacOS Monterey version 12.6.3. I use firefox 118.0.2 - it is up-to-date. I tried Chrome & Safari but had the same problem.
Until recently, the Canvas video record tool worked on a Mac laptop w Monterey OS 12.6.3. Last time I tried, tho, I got the same problem. (I did NOT try restarting the laptop or similar.) I need this tool for timed tests! One is coming up this weekend.
Steps to reproduce: i would have to share the screen.
