[ARCHIVED] Undo copy quiz

I recently copied a practice quiz into the same course it was posted in.  But instead of making a new copy, it overwrote another practice quiz that was already there!  How can I undo this?

Please help.  I spent a lot of time creating the practice quiz that the copied one was placed into.

Sorry to hear about this situation.  I don't believe there's really a way to "undo" this, but what I could recommend is to log in to your school's Canvas "test" or "beta" environment (these are two separate environments compared to the normal "production" environment you log in to every day).  If you do this soon enough, you might be able to export your quiz from "test" or "beta", and then you can import it back into your course within your "production" environment.
