Is there a way make it so when you hit unpublish all it also unpublished the pdfs? It takes so long to unpublish each individual pdf.

Hi @DanielCallahan ...
If you have PDFs in your "Modules" page, those PDFs should also be located somewhere within your course "Files", correct? If so, go to your course "Files", and find the PDFs there. (Maybe they are all in a folder...which will make this a bit easier.)
- Click on one of the PDFs within the folder.
- Then, Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) + click on additional PDFs within the same folder to select those as well.
- While all those files are still selected, scroll to the top of your "Files" screen, and click on the "Manage Access" icon (it looks like a cloud with a padlock).
- You should see an "Edit Permissions for # items" screen appear. You can then select whatever option you want for those files, and then click the "Update" button.
Those files would then be unpublished on your "Modules" screen as well.
