Uploading an empty file raises an error

When I try to upload an empty file to Canvas, I get an error.

Is this a bug?

I have a few questions for you:

• Are you a Canvas administrator, instructor, student, or another role at your school?
• Where are you trying to upload this file?
• What steps are you taking to try and upload this file?
• Why are you trying to upload an empty file (assuming that the file has no data in it)?

* I'm an instructor.

* Actually, I just upload the empty file for testing purpose. Trying to catch bugs/test corner cases in Canvas, you may say.

* I just go to the web interface, click upload button and select the empty file.
