Use Microsoft Forms for an Assignment which links to SpeedGrader

I am trying to build an ungraded survey to score complete/incomplete. I was unable to use Classic Quizzes because I was not able to see the results in Speed Grader. I would like to use Microsoft Forms to embed a form in an assignment and have the results appear for the instructor in SpeedGrader. Has anyone done this successfully or something similar with a Google or Microsoft tool?

The best workaround I've found for this is to embed or link a Google Form and ask my students to take a screenshot of the completion page. Then I can easily see who has completed it and who hasn't using SpeedGrader. It would be great to view their survey results in the SpeedGrader screen though, if someone knows how!
