Using Canvas to Assess Credit for Prior Learning

I’m curious to know if any institutions are using Canvas to facilitate a course for assessing credit for prior learning (PLA). If so, how are you structuring the process?

Are you using a dedicated course, Folio, or another tool within Canvas to guide students through the assessment and evaluation process?

I’d love to hear how others are implementing this!

We haven't created a course like this, but i have been a participant in a similar experience (using a different LMS), and if my district asked me to design something, I would certainly use a Canvas course. 

 I might design something like this (thanks ChatGPT!):
