Unfortunately, it sounds like you may either have unstable wifi or a bad connection to your internet service provider. In either case, it's going to be very hard for people in the community here to help fix the issue.
Probably the best thing to do would be to call your internet service provider to ensure there are no knows outages or issues in your area, and they could also likely confirm the signal going to your equipment is within spec. If there are problems with the internet signal, the service provider would usually need to send a technician out to investigate/fix those.
I could also suggest possibly moving closer to your wifi router/modem at home or moving the router closer to you, but that may not be possible. You could also look into upgrading your router/modem to something with a stronger signal.
