Video issues

I have uploaded many videos. Some people can access them some cannot.

Some users say.........

Access decided

Video not available needs conversion

Try again later

Or just won't open.

I can see and play the videos in my courses. I can play most of them in student view. However, one video says access denied.

I'm getting multiple messages each day about video issues. What can I do?

Hi,  @oldc . I would recommend contacting Canvas support as soon as possible. We could speculate about what might be going on but support agents should be able to see much more information about what is going on.
