Viewing and managing Comment Library outside of SpeedGrader (pruning similar comments in large Comment Library)

I use the comment library every day. I love it... After several years I've accrued 70+ comments! However, I need a way to FIND all comments with a specific word/keyword in order to prune duplicate or similar comments. No links, nor in searching the help forum, do I see a way to view all comments other than when we are in SPEEDGRADER mode. (as a workaround, using the keyboard shortcut command-F (on Mac OS) helps somewhat, but does not show all instances of the keyword I'm looking for in all comments of my comment library.)
