Hi @bkarabulut and welcome to the Canvas Community! Your best bet to get information on purchasing Canvas is probably to go to https://www.instructure.com/canvas/ and click on "Request Info". There is a form that ask some basic questions that will help the right person contact you. I've always found Instructure to be responsive so I am sure you will get a reply quickly.
