Why is Goal Completion green, when the "Teststudent" only meets the goal from one assignment but not the other assigment for a particualar outcome?

Thank you for sharing that screenshot, @SandraLarsson. My guess is the calculation method used for that outcome allows for a student to achieve it with just one assignment. Details on the various calculation options are in a document in the Canvas Guides:
