Word Bank Isn't Mixing the Words?

On New Quizzes, I love the updates to the Word Bank use in Fill in the Blank. However, the words are not being mixed up. I feel like it's a simple switch that I'm missing. However, neither the shuffle questions nor shuffle answers setting seems to affect this. Any advice on what tiny thing I'm missing?

I am having the exact same issue. Although, I somehow managed to get one of my word bank quizzes to shuffle the answers, but every single other one does not want to shuffle the answers, even though I'm following the exact same steps.
