Writable join code

I attached a writable assignment in Canvas and the first time the students logged in they had access to the assignment. Now half of them have access and the other half it says they need a join code in order to see assignments. On the Writable Help page it says that the join code will be on the right side of the page on the Accounts page. Instead, it is a picture of Canvas logo. How can I get a join code or link them through Canvas?

Hello @cechristensen,

I'm sorry that Writable is not functioning properly for you in Canvas. You may want to reach out to Writable's live support directly. They should be able to link into your instance and figure out exactly what is occurring. Since this is a public forum, we do not have access to your Canvas or Writable accounts to be able to problem solve the issue.
