I have been using Office 365 to submit assignments on Canvas for over a year. Today, Canvas linked to my work 365 account instead and now I have no access to my school 365 account through Canvas.
I have already tried removing everything from my Approved Integrations but that did not seem to work. I have also restarted the app and uninstalled multiple times.
I see no setting to easily change which Office 365 account is linked to Canvas.
Perhaps deleting your Microsoft/Office 365 app token following the How do I manage API access tokens in my user accou... - Instructure Community - 615312 guide would cause Canvas to re-promp you to integrate your account. I can't give. 100% guarantee this will work since we don't have Microsoft integrated with Canvas at my campus, but those steps to tend to fix Google intergation issues.
