After working for several years, Zoom and Canvas seem busted. I am getting this error.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello @ericdano
That error is actually from Zoom and not Canvas: "Error Code 2216 appears when the ZOOM plugin mistakenly identifies your ZOOM account being linked to other Google accounts that you maybe using." You can contact Zoom or likely your school directly if you need more assistance.

You could also try making sure you're not logged into Zoom on anything personal and/or log out of all Google accounts and try again. Hopefully this helps.

I have delete all the caches for instructure and zoom. And tried it in other browsers.
This issue cropped up this week. Why? What changed? Canvas update? Zoom update? Literally haven't done anything to canvas,

What does that mean?
