assignments not loading in speedgrade

I am having an issue with assignments not opening up in Speedgrader.  There is just the "Spinning Wheel". I have refreshed the page - nothing. I have signed in and out, the same

I have tried other courses running, still the same. Tried completed assignments, also the same.

Anyone else experiencing this today?  Ideas please.

My institution is also experiencing this problem. Seems to be related to file uploads, as videos submitted through Canvas Studio or Kaltura load fine in SpeedGrader.

I am also experiencing this with one of my classes but not all of them.  What is the solution?

Hi @SamuelleDavis,

Since this question from July seems to have been related to documented incidents, there is not a solution that we as members of the Community can provide.

If you are experiencing this problem, I woudl recommend that you report it to your institution's Canvas team or (if available to you at your institution) directly to Canvas Support.
