On my canvas I can clearly see my assignments on my calendar, however when I click them rather than it bringing me to the assignment it just brings me to the entire class. My assignments are available and I can find them in modules, but it would just be easier if it would bring me straight to the assignment. Does anyone know how to fix this?
UPDATE: Hi again. Seems I was having a user error. When I clicked on the link in the calendar, a pop up should appear and it will have TWO links. One will be for the Assignment name, and one will be the Course Name. Make sure you are clicking the Assignment name (not the course name). I created an image from an assignment in my Sandbox:

Hi @bbrown -- this seems to be a glitch that needs to be reported to Canvas. (I am happy to submit a ticket and report back)
The link seems to be working for "old" assignments, but not for new ones.
Are you a teacher or student?
Hi there, i'm a student. Also I have been clicking the assignment like in your visual, however it doesn't make a difference from either one I click. I would love if you submit a ticket so this gets fixed. I appreciate your help!
Hi again. I wasn't able to re-create the issue. Any time I click the Name of the assignment, it takes me to the Assignment. If you still have this issue, you may need to go to your Canvas Support at your school to show them, and they can share screen shots of what is happening on your device with Canvas. You could always try a different browser (I recommend Chrome), make sure the browser is up-to-date, and maybe clear the cache, and see if that works. Good luck!!
