can i retrieve a deleted message from in box

Is there anyway I can retrieve deleted messages from conversations in box? or once its deleted its gone?

Hi ddwyer17712,

I don't believe this is possible but  @Robbie_Grant ‌ had a suggestion in March last year that might help. You can find his response at: How Can i Get a Deleted Message back on your Canvas Account if By Mistake. from Inbox . No guarantees though.
