can returning students access archived classes?

I am a returning student after taking a break due to covid complications in my family.  I had to take some incompletes.  Is there any way that I can still access those classes in canvas?

I would suggest that you reach out to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) to get assistance with this.  I visited the UWM website, and I found the following support page for you:
