Helllo I am trying to access my previous exams for my a&p class to study from them. they require lockdown browser which I have installed on my computer and have no trouble accessing my exams but to pull up the finished exams as study guides it will canvas will not access the lockdown browser and I can not open or view my exams. my professor advised me to email canvas as he doesn't know how to help. thank you so much

My first question to ask is that the instructor turned on requiring Lockdown Browser to view a completed quiz inside Canvas. Since you are a student, I would reach out to your institution's Distance Learning (or equivalent department) to get assistance with this. That department can verify your instructor's quiz settings to access Lockdown Browser for you.
