I cannot take quiz and test on canvas app. When I start the quiz is just keep loading, I can't see the questions in quiz and Test. I wait for a long time, still can't take it.

From your description, you may be trying to take a quiz that is not coming from Canvas, but from an outside site like McGraw-Hill Connect.  Such sites may not work with the Canvas app.

I'd recommend that you try logging into Canvas with a regular web browser like Chrome and see if you still have the same problem opening the quiz.  If you do, you'll want to report it to your instructor or the Help Desk at your school to investigate.
