I am a freshman and I'm going to study online in the winter semester of 2023. I want to know the date when everything upload in my canvas because there are nothing in my canvas now.

You will likely want to reach out to the teacher(s) of the class(es) you're signed up for to figure this out.  It's going to vary by school/institution and teacher, so it's going to be very hard for us in the community to give you an accurate answer.
