clearing cache?

Hello, I have an iMac, but the Veterans system requires Microsoft, the program is loaded onto to the system, but there is not information about Microsoft, please advise and thank you in advance. only safari, google Chrome and another program I am not familiar with.

I am not sure I completely understand what you are asking about.  Does your request involve Canvas in anyway?  Please provide some more information so that someone may be able to help you.

I agree with @Ron_Bowman.  I am not sure what you are asking...and if it relates to Canvas at all.  Your subject line is asking about clearing cache.  If that is the case, there are two Canvas Guides I can point you to:

• How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
• How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?

It would be great to hear back from you, though, so we can know if you have a question about Canvas.  Thank you!

Hi Ron,

Yes as this is the first time in my 8 years of schooling I am using canvas because I was so used to using Blackboard at my other 2 Universities and college. Thank you as I am still learning that canvas as many things I need to catch up with and on, again thank you so much.
