external tool

I have an external tool bookwidgets. The company says that the grades automatically show in the gradebook of Canvas as they did in Google Classroom. They are not showing in mine. How does this get fixed?

Hello, CynthiaChamness and welcome to the Community.  First, thanks for teaching me about another LTI that works with Canvas!  Have you installed this LTI into your course, or has your administrator?  I found this from the BookWidget site (https://www.bookwidgets.com/tutorials/canvas )  It's a tutorial on adding BookWidget to your Canvas course.
