grading papers

I prefer to grade papers as first-come, first-grade, but once the due date rolls around everyone is clumped in together and I am presented with the papers alphabetically. Is there any way to change this in settings, so that I am grading the earlier submissions first, and the later submissions last?

Hi @DouglasBinder  - 

In SpeedGrader, you can sort the items a few different ways. This offers flexibility to graders so SpeedGrader complements the way in which they work (or the particular assignment). I hope this helps you organize student work. Let the Community know if you have any additional questions!
