how do i upload my video for a oral presentation

how do I upload a video to send to my teacher? its late, I have tried everything, she sent me this link and I cannot figure it out.

Hello  @dkarm  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thanks for posting your question.  Assuming that your instructor has properly set up the assignment to accept medial (audio/video) submissions, then you should be able to upload your video following this Guide: How do I submit a media file as an assignment submission?  Please let us know if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
